E-signature Requests for Academic Personnel with Administrative Duties:
Our University covers the e-signature fee for administrative unit managers (Rector, Vice Rectors, General Secretary, Coordinator, Department Head, and Branch Manager), academic unit managers (Deans and Vice Deans, School Principals and Vice Principals, Department Heads and Vice Department Heads, Department Heads, Faculty and College Secretaries, and Center Directors), and faculty members authorized to write e-prescriptions at the Our Faculty.
Please complete the Electronic Certificate Application Form below and submit it to our Faculty to initiate your e-signature process.

Requests for e-signatures in the event of loss/theft by academic staff:
E-signature applications for academic staff will not be made through the Dean's Office or Rector's Office via ebys (e-signature application process) and will be carried out entirely by the user. Academic staff who require an e-signature in the event of loss or theft should submit their applications via the Online Transactions page at https://kamusm.bilgem.tubitak.gov.tr/ under the Online Transactions page (login required) via the menu: ‘NES Transactions (Approved Electronic Certificate)’ → ‘Individual Transactions’ → ‘Application Procedures’ → ‘Personally Paid Applications’.
In cases of loss/stolen, the individual must first deactivate their certificate by following the steps on the KAMU SM Online Transactions page: QEC Transactions → Individual Transactions → Cancel/Suspend My Certificate.
